Our Mission

At Crestwood Middle, we will provide each student with the awareness of their individual fitness level, the resources to improve it, and the knowledge to enable them to make healthy lifelong decisions.

Crestwood Middle School Uniform (Sold at the Gym in the mornings during homeroom)

Health:
1 Inch health binder

Grading

Physical Education is 60 % of total grade and broken down into 3 categories.
2 pts for full dress out (preparation) (20%)
2 pts for full warm-up participation (20%)
2 pts for full activity participation (20%)

Health is 40% of total grade and broken down into 3 categories.
Test    20%
Quizzes    10%
