Welcome to the 2010-2011 school year at Crestwood Middle School.  The PTA invites you to become involved this year.  We have a variety of volunteer opportunities for day and evening activities; please review, fill out and return the downloadable volunteer form.  Your child and all the children at our school will benefit from your involvement.  Likewise, we encourage you to join the PTA by downloading the membership form and sending in your $5.00 dues; your financial support directly benefits the school in the purchase of equipment and supplies as well as academic and social programs.  For additional fundraising this year, we plan to offer Entertainment Books again as the first fundraiser and to hold dances and the Spring Fling as our other fundraisers; our goal is to put the FUN back into FUNdraising! 

    Another way to support our school is to enroll in the various community programs that donate generously to our school.  Finally, we are offering spirit wear with a brand-new logo.  If you would like to order spirit wear, please download a spirit wear form and send it in to school with your payment (cash or check made payable to CWMS PTA).
