Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year at Crestwood Middle School.  The PTA invites you to become involved this year.  We have a variety of volunteer opportunities for day and evening activities; please review, fill out and return the downloadable volunteer form.  Your child and all the children at our school will benefit from your involvement.  Likewise, we encourage you to join the PTA by downloading the membership form and sending in your $5.00 dues; your financial support directly benefits the school in the purchase of equipment and supplies as well as academic and social programs.  Additional fundraising will include a new fundraiser this year.  We plan to offer Entertainment Books as the first fundraiser, Virginia Diner Peanuts in time for the holidays, 2 separate book fairs and a new, exciting spring fundraiser.  Another way to support our school is to enroll in the various community programs that donate generously to our school.  Finally, we are offering spirit wear with a brand-new logo.  If you would like to order spirit wear, please download a spirit wear form and send it in to school with your payment (cash or check made payable to CWMS PTA).
