Great Bridge High School Honor Code
As a student at Great Bridge High School, one is charged with the responsibility of refraining from dishonorable conduct. Lying, stealing, cheating and disrespecting of other persons and their property are serious honor violation. The code of honor at Great Bridge High School is designed to promote positive behavior. It is a commitment that calls on one to tell the truth, to live honestly, and to advance on one’s own merits.

Block Scheduling
Great Bridge High School is entering its tenth year on a 4 x 4 block schedule. Generally, a 4 x 4 block schedule refers to the use of four periods (plus lunch) in the school day with each period 90 minutes in length. Students may complete four classes each term (fall and spring) for a total of eight classes for the school year. The fall term runs from September through January. The spring term runs from February through mid June.
