Great Bridge High AdministratorsPrincipal's Message:

Hello Wildcats!

In 1993, I began my professional career as a teacher with Chesapeake Public schools.  Over the course of the last 22 years, I have served as a high school teacher, a high school assistant principal, and as a middle school and high school principal. While serving the division, whether in the classroom setting or in an administrative role, my goal has always been the same - to provide the very best educational opportunities for all of my students.

My wife and I are proud graduates of Chesapeake Public Schools.  We both feel very strongly that our educational experiences while attending Chesapeake Public Schools helped to build the foundation for our professional successes.  We live in Chesapeake and are excited that our two children attend and excel in the very same schools we attended.

Great Bridge High School opened its doors in 1906 in a small four room building in the heart of Great Bridge.  This community is unique in that it boasts over one hundred years of rich history and a great sense of tradition and pride.   And it is our tradition and pride that is evident in everything that we accomplish as a school!
