Chesapeake Public Schools is hosting a Middle School Career Fair for all CPS Middle School students. Take this opportunity to explore future career options while learning more about Career and Technical Education programs that will be offered at the high school level.
The Middle School Summer Enrichment program is designed for students who complete grades six through eight during the 2016-2017school year and who have consistently demonstrated exceptional intellectual and academic ability. Beginning April 24, 2017, students may enroll in one of three enrichment classes: Robotics Systems, Basic Game Design, or Digital Designs.
Greenbrier offers transportation for students who need to attend high school JV practice after school. Bus 184 will take students to OSHS. Bus 698 will take students to IRHS.
The term mechatronics is a combination of MECHAnical and elecTRONICS, and is a relatively new approach to product design and development. Chesapeake Public Schools has partnered with TCC to provide an opportunity for high school students to prepare for in-demand jobs in the exciting and challenging field of mechatronics.
