SCHOLARSHIPS:  Information about scholarships is posted on the Scholarship Bulletin Board in the Guidance Office.  Please look in the boxes adjacent to the Guidance Conference Room for a copy of the scholarship application for which you wish to apply.  It is the student’s responsibility to request a transcript if required for the application and to gather and mail all of the information.

To be considered for scholarships nominated by the school’s Scholarship Committee, please complete the “Scholarship Information Form” and give it to Mrs. Keys  or Mrs. Van Laethem in the Guidance Office as soon as possible.

For information about the ACCESS Tidewater Scholarship Program, please see Ms. Drewrey, our ACCESS Counselor.  She has an office on the corner of the old Main Hall and H-Hall.  Her telephone number is 757-638-1142.  She is in on Mondays and Tuesdays.

May 1              Back Bay Amateur Astronomer.  Must have an avid interest in astronomy.

Jun 20              Juniors and Seniors:  Abbott and Fenner Scholarships.  1,000 word essay on one

                        of two topics.  Must be submitted by email to scholarships@abbottandfenner.com .

Sep 15             Scholarship sponsored by the AES Engineers.  Need not take engineering classes to
