KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT FOR 2010 – 2011 SCHOOL YEAR

We will host a New Kindergarten Parent Information Meeting on Thursday, April 22^nd @  9:00 am in our school cafeteria.  Enrollment packets for the 2010-2011 school year will be available at that time.

We will begin accepting fully completed enrollment packets on Monday, April 26 and throughout the summer.  Items that must accompany your fully completed registration packet are:

- 5 year old Virginia School Entrance Physical and Immunization Record

   (We will accept an appointment card from the physician’s office with the date of the

     child’s physical.  All physicals for children entering school in September 2010, must

     be completed by October 7, 2010.

- State issued Birth Certificate

- Custody papers

- Proof of Residency (home gas, electric, or water bill not more than 30 days old in the name of one of the parents who lives in the home).  If the parent does not own or rent in our school zone, but parent and student live with someone who does, the parent and home owner must contact the Office of Student Enrollment at 547-0153 prior to presenting the student’s enrollment paperwork at Western Branch Primary School.

We encourage parents to register your child by August 5^th so proper transportation arrangements can be made.
