HARRY BRAMHALL GILBERT SCHOLARSHIP - (for Chesapeake high school graduates attending the College of William and Mary, James Madison University, the University of Virginia or Virginia Tech). Applications go through the Norfolk Foundation. An additional scholarship is also available for students accepted to the University of Virginia. Students may contact the office of financial aid at UVA for more information.
