WebConnect Pro is the SubFinder Internet software designed for administrators so that they can quickly accomplish routine tasks such as adding jobs, reviewing jobs, and running reports it also gives added editing capabilities at the site level. WebConnect Pro is used to access SubFinder from any computer that uses Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher as its browser. 

To access WebConnect Pro, at the sign in screen enter your assigned User Name and Password, and then select Submit. The welcome window will appear with buttons on the right side giving you access to the various WebConnect options. Buttons will appear only for the options for which you have been granted access. 

If you have problems with WebConnect Pro, please contact the SubFinder operator in the Personnel Department.WebConnect Pro is similar to WebConnect, but with advanced features for editing absences/jobs, viewing and sorting employees and substitutes and viewing the name of the subs on your Preference List. You are now able to edit all aspects of an absence, whether it is a job from the past, a current job, or a future job. 

There are THREE REPORTS available on WebConnect Pro:  

Absence Report by Site 

Overall Sub Jobs (shows the subs you have coming in). 

Sub by Site (shows the available subs for your school for a specific day(s).

WebConnect reports can now be saved in electronic form (pdf. or word format). 

The Job Log Report is now available from the Job List (shows the steps taken to fill a job) area of WebConnect Pro.
