Our Chesapeake Preschool Initiative (CPI) program is accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year. 🚸 CPI is a free, full-day program that gives eligible children a head start on their education.
What makes a child eligible?

Must be 4 years old by September 30, 2026

Month of the Military Child Spirit WEEK
APRIL 14- Superhero Day
Dress like a superhero or wear a superhero shirt!
Military children are everyday heroes, showing courage, flexibility, and strength.
APRIL 15- Purple Up! Day
Wear purple to show support for military children.
Purple represents all branches of the military combined. Let’s fill the school with purple!
APRIL 16- Hats Off to Military Kids Day
Wear your favorite hat to honor the strength and resilience of military children!
“Hats off” is a way of showing respect and appreciation.
APRIL 17- R.E.D. Day
Wear red to honor and remember service members who are currently deployed.

-Wednesday - Word Collector Day- Wear a word, and make sure we can see it because we will be having a Word Parade where you can show off to the whole school!
-Thursday - Comfy Cozy Reading- Come to school in your cozy clothes and bring a small blanket/stuffie, during resource we will be having a grade level Resource.Read.Relax. day!
