Our student vs. staff basketball game was a blast! The energy in the gym was unmatched, especially with our staff cheerleaders bringing the hype! In a nail-biter finish, staff pulled off the win by just ONE point! What a game! 💜🏀
Our fifth grade students took their learning beyond the classroom with a trip to the Science Museum of Virginia. From interactive exhibits to exciting discoveries, it was a day to remember! #LaunchintoLearning
Our kindergarten students had an exciting day exploring the Virginia Zoo! 🐾 This field trip was a perfect way to extend their animal research beyond the classroom, giving them the chance to observe, ask questions, and learn more about animals up close. It was a fun and meaningful hands-on learning experience! #LaunchintoLearning

Our speech and occupational therapists, Mrs. Laos and Mrs. Field, collaborated on a group session with PreK students in Mrs. Hubbard’s class. By combining fine motor activities with speech practice, they created an engaging, hands-on learning experience.
Students made edible “spring flowers” using cookies, worms, M&Ms, and gummy worms, tying the activity to their classroom unit on spring. This creative approach supported both communication skills and fine motor development in a fun and meaningful way.
