Chesapeake Public Schools Introduces "Givebacks" Online Payment System. Givebacks replaces Online School Payments (OSP)
Chesapeake Public Schools has a new district-wide online payment platform called Givebacks. Givebacks will entirely replace our previous system, Online School Payments (OSP). This upgrade will simplify how you purchase school spirit wear, pay student fees, buy yearbooks, and support school fundraisers under one secure, mobile-friendly roof.
Do I Need to Register for a Givebacks Account?
No account is required, but families have two convenient options when making a purchase:
Option 1: Create a Givebacks Account (Recommended) – Creating a quick profile allows you to securely save your payment methods, view your entire purchase history across the school year, and track fees easily. You can manage this via your web browser or by downloading the Givebacks mobile app.
Option 2: Shop as a Guest – If you prefer not to create an account or download an app, you can check out entirely as a guest. A digital copy of your receipt will be instantly emailed to you.
What will be in my school’s online store?
Each school will have a dedicated Givebacks online store page. Schools will use their online store to
sell spirit items
collect fees
(for field trips, ID badge replacements, Chromebook repairs, etc.)
collect donations to support school fundraisers
sell tickets for non-athletic events
Please note: Givebacks online payment site is for a variety of school fees, merchandise, and fundraisers. It does not, however, replace or affect your student’s school cafeteria meal payment account (SchoolCafe) or athletic ticketing platform (GoFan).
Are there any Fees added?
A non-refundable fee of 3.9% plus a $0.59 non-refundable transaction fee will be charged to all purchases. These fees are not collected by Chesapeake Public Schools. They are processing fees of Givebacks, the company hosting this site, for maintenance and credit card payments.
Where Do I Find My School's Givebacks Store?
Every school in the Chesapeake Public Schools district has its own dedicated, secure Givebacks storefront. You can find your school’s direct link by:
