The Reverse Mainstream program allows three-
year-old and four-year-old non-disabled children
the opportunity to participate in classrooms that are
designed for children with developmental delays.
Reverse Mainstream Students are children without
developmental delays or disabilities that attend the early
childhood special education classroom.
Children must reside within the city of Chesapeake and be 3
years old by September 30 .
