As the school year comes to a close, it is time to collect all student devices. Please review the critical timeline and requirements below. This plan applies to ALL students, including those enrolled in the Chesapeake Virtual Academy (CVA).

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, the device collection will take place on Thursday, June 11, 2026.

⚠️ Daily Closure Notice: Please note that the collection site will be closed from 11:00 AM to 11:40 AM daily for administrative updates.

🎒 Required Items for Return

Students must return all of the following items originally issued to them. Please ensure everything is clean and properly bundled:

  • Chromebook

  • Power Charger

  • Issued Device Bag (if applicable)

đź”’ Deadlines & Unreturned Devices

  • Device Lockout: Any Chromebook not returned by the end of the school day on Friday, June 12, 2026, will be remotely and permanently locked, rendering the device unusable.
