Transcript Requests
Class of 2026 Graduates, it’s time to order your final transcript! There is no charge for final transcripts for 2026 graduates when requested before July 31, 2026.
All final transcript requests must be placed through the Parchment website.
Class of 2026 graduates are considered alumni as of August 1, 2026. A fee for transcript requests will be applied for any orders placed after July 31, 2026.
We recommend that ALL graduates order an digital copy of their final transcript to keep for their records prior to August 1, 2026.

Save Your CPS Google Drive Files
For many in our district, especially our Class of 2026 graduate class, the end of the school year marks the end of their time enrolled in our district. For students leaving the district, please remember that your Chesapeake Public Schools Google Workspace account will be deactivated and deleted. Students (including graduates) have 7 calendar days from the last official day of school to transfer or download any files they wish to keep. After this time, they will permanently lose access to their school documents, projects, and files.
