It’s officially October, which means it’s time for some of our favorite events of the year! We have two exciting events coming up, and we want all of our Treakle families to be involved!
Trunk or Treat
Date & Time: Thursday, October 29th | 4:30–6:00 PM Trunk or Treat is always one of the best events of the year, and we are so excited to bring it back! We are looking for lots of candy donations and families willing to decorate a trunk. Last year, we had such an amazing turnout that we ran out of treat options! If you are able to donate, please drop off candy at the school or order directly from our Amazon Trunk or Treat Wish List to ship items right to Treakle. If you would like to volunteer or decorate a trunk, please fill out our online volunteer sign-up form.
PTA Halloween Dance We are also excited for our PTA Halloween Dance, happening during the school day!
K–2 Dance: Thursday, October 29th at 1:00 PM
3–5 Dance: Friday, October 30th at 1:00 PM
Admission: Free for PTA Members | $10 for Non-PTA Members
Because the dance takes place during the school day, students do not need to be picked up or brought back to school for the event. School-friendly costumes are encouraged so our Hornets can dress up and celebrate!
Flyers with complete information will also be sent home in your child's purple folder. Thank you for helping us make these events special for our students! #TreaklePride 💜
