The Boys and Girls Club will be hosting our Trunk or Treat event on October 23rd from 5 to 6:30. The location will be the Lakeside Park's parking lot behind Truitt Intermediate.
It was huge last year, and we want to make it even bigger. Last year, Truitt Intermediate staff participated in cohorts to make their trunks spectacular! This year, Truitt would love to do the same, but the Boys and Girls Club will include ALL of the schools that they serve.
We will have elementary students at this event. Therefore, trunks will be a little spooky, but they will be family-friendly.
Just like last year, we will be doing a trunk decorating contest with a prize basket for the winning trunk. New for this year, we will add a costume contest, pumpkin decorating, and plenty of candy!
