Sophomores are eligible for parking beginning spring semester with a clean discipline record. Sophomores may pick up parking permits beginning the morning of January 28, 2026.

Parking permits may be picked up on Wednesday mornings from 8:35am-8:50am in the Security Office located on Main Hall.

Steps for obtaining your parking pass:

  1. Complete the 2025-2026 Student Parking Application(Google Form)

  2. Print, sign, and return the VDOE Parking Pass Application to WBH at least one day PRIOR to picking up your parking pass

  3. Submit a copy of your valid Virginia Driver’s License (out of state with military ID) to WBH at least one day PRIOR to picking up your parking pass.

  4. Process your $25 payment via Online School Payments.

When picking up your parking pass please bring: 

  • Proof of car insurance
