The School Board of Chesapeake Public Schools approved Superintendent Dr. Jared Cotton’s recommendation at the January 12, 2026, School Board meeting to appoint the following individuals to new roles within the district.
Ms. Kelly M. Tisdale, from project manager, Department of Technology Innovation, to director of enterprise systems, Department of Technology Innovation, effective January 12, 2026
Mrs. Marcie A. Hough, from supervisor of exceptional learning, Department of Exceptional Learning, to assistant director of exceptional learning, Department of Exceptional Learning, effective January 12, 2026
