The School Board of Chesapeake Public Schools approved Superintendent Dr. Jared Cotton’s recommendation at the March 23, 2026, School Board meeting to appoint the following individuals to new roles within the district.
Mrs. Jean-Marie Parke, from assistant principal, Southeastern Elementary, to special education administrator, Chesapeake Virtual Academy, effective July 1, 2026.
Dr. Krystal Moore, from administrative specialist, Crestwood Elementary, to assistant principal, Crestwood Elementary, effective March 23, 2026.
