The School Board of Chesapeake Public Schools approved Superintendent Dr. Jared Cotton’s recommendation at the January 26, 2026, School Board meeting to appoint the following individual to a new role within the district.
Mr. Alan Walker, from coordinator of student transportation, Department of Transportation, to assistant director of pupil transportation, Department of Transportation, effective January 26, 2026
