Arbiter Registration is a digital platform that manages and organizes student-athlete registrations, participation forms, and athletic physicals. It replaces paper forms with a streamlined online portal.
Middle and high school students who are interested in participating in school athletics must now register in Arbiter. Athlete registration allows the parent to sign their student up through a dedicated school portal for any interested sport and submit school-specific documents including - athletic physicals, and any other school-required documents.
What This Means for Families
Parents and guardians of all student-athletes intending to participate in school sports MUST complete the online registration process and be cleared for athletic participation prior to engaging in any tryouts, practices, or athletic activities. This new process is not optional.
Through your school’s secure Arbiter portal, families will be able to digitally sign required athletic agreements, select the sports their child is interested in, and directly upload a digital copy (PDF or clear photo) of their mandatory sports physical.
Please note: Completing the online registration process in Arbiter Sports does not guarantee team selection or placement on a roster. The Arbiter portal is strictly an administrative tool used to help families organize and submit required medical documents and verify athletic eligibility. Final team selections, tryouts, and roster cuts remain entirely under the jurisdiction of each school's individual sports coaching staff.
How to Register Your Athlete
The system is built to accommodate the whole household. Only one account is needed for an entire family, even if you have students participating in multiple sports across different schools.
For New Athletes: If your family is new to Arbiter, you must create a new account to begin your registration. Please start this process early to avoid tryout delays. | Create an Arbiter Account
For Returning Athletes: If you already have an Arbiter account, please log into your existing account and register your student for their upcoming 2026-27 programs.

Be ready to upload a PDF scan of your Physical!
During the online registration process, you will be required to upload a digital file (such as a clear PDF scan or a high-quality smartphone photo) of your student’s completed physical form.
Please note that an uploaded physical is NOT required to attend summer open gyms or conditioning blocks, provided your student already has a valid physical on file with the school from this past season. However, if your student is entirely new to school athletics, a valid physical must be uploaded before they can participate in any summer activities.
What to Do If You Already Submitted a Paper Physical
If your student is a returning athlete and you need a digital copy of the physical currently on file with the school, look for the special request link located inside the Arbiter registration portal, and the school will email a PDF copy directly to you.
