Chesapeake Public Schools has an updated portal for public access to School Board records, called Community. Powered by Diligent, Community will replace our previous platform, BoardDocs.
What is Changing?
For years, our district has used BoardDocs to publish public meeting packets and district governance materials. Moving forward, our School Board Community Portal will serve as the official digital repository for:
School Board Meeting Agendas: View items and topics scheduled for upcoming regular and special board meetings.
Board Packets & Documents: Download supporting materials, presentations, and draft resolutions.
Official Meeting Minutes: Access approved records of board discussions, actions, and voting histories.
School Board Policies: Search and review the official policy manual and administrative regulations for Chesapeake Public Schools.
What Stays the Same?
While the document platform is updated, our primary district website remains your central hub for general board information. Families and community members will continue to visit the main district website to find:
