Together, we honored 166 dedicated employees whose service, leadership, and compassion have helped shape the lives of students, staff, families, and our entire community. Thank you to Chesapeake Regional Healthcare for hosting a hiring event for our Nurse Aide and Med Lab students! Students met and interviewed with nursing managers for employment opportunities. Special thanks to Patrice Dykes, Siniya Meekins, and Mrs. Speelman!
⚖️ Our Criminal Justice students had an amazing weekend field trip to Washington, D.C.! Throughout the trip, students explored incredible landmarks and educational sites including the Library of Congress, the National Museum of American History, and so much more. The experience gave students an unforgettable opportunity to learn beyond the classroom while making real-world connections to their studies. We are proud of the way they represented CCC on the trip!
Our Nurse Aide students used breakout boxes to review and sharpen their skills as they prepare for their state boards. A fun and engaging way to build teamwork, critical thinking, and confidence!
Med Lab students put their knowledge to the test by creating interactive game boards for their culminating assessments! 🧪🎲 A fun and creative way to review key concepts while showing off what they’ve learned. #PoweredByPurpose

Pharmacy Tech students had an incredible hands-on experience during their field trip to VCU’s School of Pharmacy! 💊🧪
Students explored both non-sterile and sterile compounding labs—creating their own lip balm and even practicing the compounding of simulation chemotherapy medications in a sterile environment. This real-world experience gave them a deeper understanding of the skills and precision required in the pharmacy field.
