Each grade level will have a separate day for Field Day and our End of the Year Picnic Celebrations!

  • Tuesday, May 27, 2025 - PreK/Kindergarten
    (PreK parents - Teachers will send out specific information)

  • Wednesday, May 28, 2025 - First Grade

  • Thursday, May 29, 2025 - Second Grade

Rain Dates if needed:  June 2nd, 3rd, and 4th

About Grade-Level Field Days

Students will participate in Field Day to kick off the event, followed by a picnic to celebrate the end of the school year.  Classroom awards will be handed out during the picnic.  The schedule for each grade level field day is as follows:

  • 8:30-10:00 AM - Field Day

  • 10:00-10:15 AM - Restroom break/Transition to picnic

  • 10:15-11:15 AM - EOY Picnic


Parent Guests for GBP Field Days

Only Parents/Guardians listed in Synergy can attend Field Day and the picnic. No additional family members or siblings are allowed to attend.  ALL parents/guardians MUST be pre-registered to attend this event.  You will NOT be allowed to enter the event if you are not pre-registered.  Use the links below to pre-register for this event.  Forms MUST be filled out on or before May 20, 2025.


Field Day Parking Information

Parking is limited. We ask families to use the public parking behind the school. Parents can enter the event ONLY via the bus ramp gate closest to the public parking lot behind the building, where you will be checked in for the event. Families are encouraged to carpool together to save on parking. Field Day and EOY Picnics will be held in the bus ramp area. Anyone attending has to show a valid government-issued ID to receive a school badge for the event.


Rain Delay Information

While we hope for clear skies, it's essential to be aware that we have possible rain dates in case of inclement weather.  If inclement weather prevents Field Day from taking place, it will be rescheduled for one of the following dates: June 2nd, 3rd, or 4th. New preregistration sign-ups will NOT be required for rain dates if a parent/guardian has already signed up to attend the event; they will not be required to sign up again. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.

Donations and Parent Volunteers

Our wonderful PTA is playing a significant role in our event. They are partnering with us to coordinate the food for our picnics and get other supplies.  The PTA will send out sign-up forms for food and supplies, setup and cleanup, and volunteer opportunities for Field Day and Picnics.  Please be aware that food will only be served to students and staff during the picnic.  We appreciate their support and encourage parents to participate in this collaborative effort.
