Art 1 students in Ms. Fujiwara's class, worked in groups to create window paintings using a mixture of acrylic paint and soap. Each group was randomly assigned an artist’s style to emulate along with a school-related theme such as “diversity,” “energy,” or “individuality.” Students collaborated to brainstorm and sketch a design that visually represented their assigned word, then transformed that idea into the style of their designated artist.

Thanks to the generosity of our Grizzlies, we collected 99 boxes filled with 5,231 food items to help fight food insecurity in our community. 🧡🫶

What an inspiring morning at our first in-person National Honor Society meeting! We focused on the pillar of SERVICE and were so honored to host the incredible Jonathan McNair from Buffalow Family and Friends @bffcommunitydays!
Mr. McNair showed us what true service looks like, sharing how the Buffalow Family tirelessly fights food insecurity in the Chesapeake Community. They are the definition of dedication!
We were proud to present the Buffalow Family with a $1,000 donation to help fuel their vital work!
