Our senior government class is taking action in hopes of leaving a lasting impact. For our capstone project, we are trying to raise funds to replace the 30-year old cafeteria furniture that is worn-out, heavy, and outdated. Every day, this furniture has to be moved for sports practices, school events, and community use. The process is difficult and time-consuming and takes precious time away from the activities themselves. It is past time for modern, flexible new furniture that will transform the cafeteria into a collaborative space for ALL students at HHS.
