Winter Sports Physicals Tuesday, October 28th @ 4:00pm

Sports Physicals will be offered at Hickory High on Tuesday, October 28th at 4:00pm in the Main Gym Foyer. Any prospective athlete who needs a physical for Winter Tryouts or upcoming Spring Off Season Conditioning should plan on attending.
We will begin checking in students at 4pm and this will be first come first served with no pre date appointments necessary.
Please have the VHSL physical printed out (VHSL Physical Form) and have pages 1 and 2 completed with signatures prior to arrival.
