Yesterday, we officially said goodbye to the 2025-2026 school year, and what a bittersweet day it was! We sent our amazing 2nd graders off in style with our traditional clap-out. 👏❤️ There were smiles, high-fives, and maybe a few happy tears as they walked down the halls one last time.
To our 2nd graders: We are so incredibly proud of how much you've grown. We are going to miss you like crazy, but we know you are going to do amazing things as you head off to Truitt next year!

Our kindergartners turned into "pattern detectives" this week! Using colorful toys and geometric pattern blocks, students practiced identifying and building their very own sequences.

Beyond the cuteness overload, our students are getting a front-row seat to the life cycle of a chicken, observing firsthand how a little bit of warmth and a lot of patience leads to new life.
A huge thank you to Mrs. Steadman for turning the library into a living laboratory!

Together, we honored 166 dedicated employees whose service, leadership, and compassion have helped shape the lives of students, staff, families, and our entire community. Together, they represent 3,499 collective years of commitment to public education and student success. #CPSCelebrates #EmpowerCPS
