Students showed off their white outfits, snowmen, and snowflakes to welcome the snow to come. It was fun to see so many students enjoying the day and joining in the winter spirit! ❄️❄️


Southeastern Elementary was full of holiday magic today as the Grinch, elves, and other festive characters helped light up our Christmas celebrations! 🎄✨



What a special day at Southeastern Elementary! Hickory Middle School’s chorus, band, and strings students gave a beautiful Christmas performance. Our students loved it, and it was wonderful to see so many former students return! 🎶🎻🎺








Mrs. Zagorski’s kindergarten class practiced pushes and pulls today as part of their VDOE SOLs. Students wrapped up and pushed the Ms. Parrish car, showing a strong understanding of the concept while having fun learning.

Southeastern Elementary was glowing today for Light Up the Christmas Tree Spirit Day! Students and staff showed up full of holiday cheer and school spirit.


Today, the entire kindergarten participated in our Computer Science STEM Fair, learning through exploration at each station and demonstrating excellent behavior throughout.






Our first graders enjoyed their STEM Computer Science Day! Students from Mrs. Boone’s class, Ms. Dibiaso’s class, and Ms. Leitz’s class had a great time learning.

Our administrators helped celebrate the 67th day of school and our Gingerbread Theme Day! Dr. Cioppa and Mrs. Mosier brought the spirit, and our Little Hawks loved every minute.

Gingerbread Man Day made SEE extra festive today! 🍪 One of our teachers even arrived as the gingerbread man—can any of our Little Hawks guess who it was? So much fun!


A huge shout-out to our 4th graders! Partnering with the HHS SCA, they collected 100 new pajamas and made cards for 380+ students to spread some holiday cheer. The SCA picked everything up today, and our fourth graders proudly posed for a photo!

Today is Holiday Plaid Day at Southeastern Elementary. Mrs. Businda and Mrs. James celebrated in festive plaid with their students.
