In Mrs. Brenenstuhl's 5th Grade class, students created conversations between two spies in the civil war.


In Mrs. Calliste and Ms. Hahn's Class, students worked together to solve decimal additional and subtraction problems. The students cross checked each other's answers and discussed how they worked to solve the problem.

This week our 4th and 5th Graders enjoyed their trip to the Chesapeake Planetarium.

Can you gather all the items you need? Mrs. Koontz's Class accepted the challenge and bartered with their classmates for their Virginia Studies lesson.


Mrs. Jeffries class investigated time and distance of a robot using the LEGO Taxi. Students worked together to program the Taxi and recorded the results on their data tables to graph later.
It's School Resource Officer (SRO) Appreciation Day! We want to recognize the valuable work SROs

Do you have a 5th Grader going to Indian River Middle School next year? You won't want to miss tonight's BRAVES Night at 5:30pm at IRM. This is a great opportunity to meet the administration and staff and learn more about life in middle school.
