Ms. Williams class worked in groups to research energy resources and create posters to share what they had learned.





This week Ms. Coleman and Mrs. Gerling's class had a "Macys parade" from the book Balloons over Broadway! They even made a special stop to the office and visited Ms. Popson!


Ozobots took over the Media Center last week with our 4th graders designing balloons for their Ozobot Parade and our 5th graders using block coding to escape a cornfield maze.





Our fifth graders continue to explore
energy resources. They worked in teams to construct a model of a windmill and then programmed the model to power the light on.

Bus routes 345 and 235 are double backs.
Mrs. Simmons class did a rain experiment today. They took water, placed shaving cream on top to act as the cloud, and put food coloring on top to act as the rain. They observed that the heavier the food coloring, the quicker the color moved through the shaving cream. They were able to make the connection that the heavier the rain is in a cloud the faster it falls to the ground!

Mrs. Brenenstuhl's Class completed "The Amazing Race" with elapsed time.




The PTA had Chuck E Cheese join us for dismissal today to remind students of our PTA Fundraising event tonight at Chuck E Cheese, 1528 Sams Circle from 3-8pm.



Our 4th Graders had a wonderful time seeing "The Perilous Predicaments of Pinocchio" at the Sandler Center.
