Ms. Lloyd's 2nd graders put their creativity to work using recycled materials to create a 3-D poster of the butterfly life cycle! 🐛🦋 What a fun and hands-on way to show their understanding of science while practicing to "reuse" materials.

🎉 Our 2nd graders celebrated the end of the school year with smiles and laughter at our End of Year Assembly! We are so proud of their growth and the friendships they’ve built along the way. 🏫🐯

Ms. Lloyd’s 2nd graders and Mrs. Queen’s 1st graders had a blast reading Douglas, You Need Glasses! by Ged Adamson. 📖 After learning about Douglas’s 🐶blurry adventures, they talked about eye care, problem-solving, and asking for help—then brought the story to life by designing their own fun glasses just like Douglas! 👓
