The Chesapeake School Board is partnering with the Virginia School Boards Association (VSBA) to conduct a search for the next superintendent of Chesapeake Public Schools.
Community Feedback
The School Board invites all community members to share their feedback by submitting the Superintendent Search survey. The deadline to provide input is January 28, 2026. Hard copies are also available by request by calling 757-547-1047. The deadline to complete the survey is January 28, 2026.
In addition to the survey, the Board will hold a Special Meeting for the purpose of holding a public hearing to receive comments from the community:
