In Mrs. Todd's World History 2 class the students worked together to gather vital information about Enlightenment philosophers. They compiled their information to create a “Body of Facts” which included their political philosophies and ways they influenced the United States government and founding fathers!

🚨Homecoming Dance Ticket Sales🚨
Dance Tickets will go on sale starting September 26th at 4pm on GoFan. Tickets are $20 and will only be sold on GoFan this year. One per Grassfield High School student and only Grassfield High School students can attend.

Today we held our first rehearsal of the Grassfield Theatre Company production, Radium Girls! Cast of 28 and crew of 6 and growing. Save the date - November 21, 22, 23 at 7:00 p.m.



Today, the APUSH team conducted a simulation of the events leading up the American Revolution. Students were given a person from that time period and a secret objective to complete. Do they get a patriot to join the loyalists? Will they avoid going to war? We will see!

Today, STEM academy students participated in the NAS Oceana Air Show STEM day &provided activities for all the 5th graders of Chesapeake Public Schools and VB Public Schools. They had flight simulators, Spheros, and stations to make hovercrafts and anemometers.





Our GFHS Field of Valor is a tradition that salutes military service members in recognition of Veterans Day through a display of American flags. An individual miniature flag can be sponsored to recognize family, friends, Grizzly alumni, or any other military service member. Purchase on OSP.

Our Cross Country teams headed to the Pole Green invitational on Saturday! The boys finished 6th out of 27 with Ben Giffing the first GFHS finisher! The girls finished 10th out of 18 with Hannah Stevens finishing 3rd overall! Great Job Grizzlies!
