This morning’s NHS meeting was on the pillar of character. Students had the opportunity to listen to JB Anderson as he spoke about the topic. He said, “Talent is a gift but character is a choice.”




We invite students and families to attend our 2026–2027 Scheduling Information Night, which will be held virtually on Monday, January 26th at 5:30 PM.
During this session, we will review the course selection process, graduation requirements, and important information to help students plan for the upcoming school year. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.

We ended the 2025 year watching our performing arts department and cheering on our winter athletes and dance team! We hope everyone has a relaxing winter break! We will see you back in 2926!








Theatre 1 students used their costuming know-how to create some costumes - from design to creation, using wrapping paper, some tape, bows, ribbons, and scissors. Then they had 1 hour to build the costume. Great job designing!










2 cinnamon rolls for $5 (CASH ONLY). Ms. Johnson’s culinary classes will sell cinnamon rolls to students on Wednesday, Dec. 17th before school in the concessions stand by the gym.

We are proud to share some outstanding news from our Grassfield High School Band program. This year, 41 Grassfield students have been selected to represent our school in the District Honor Band.

This week students in Nutrition & Wellness were learning about their macronutrients & micronutrients and how to balance a variety of foods to ensure they get all of their essential nutrients. They made smoothies and smoothie bowls.


Last night our orchestra held thier winter concert. They have been working hard all year and last night they made beautiful music.


Tonight our JROTC Cadets donated $1,300 to Chesapeake’s VFW from the GHS annual Field of Valor! Way to go, Grizzlies!
