We’re only ONE day in, and you’ve already blown us away — $268 collected on Day 1!

Here’s where the race stands so far…

🔥 6th Grade: $130 collected — Ms. Ehret’s homeroom is out in front!
🔥 7th Grade: $53 collected — Ms. Stenger’s homeroom has the lead!
🔥 8th Grade: $85 collected — and it’s a TIE between Mrs. Cigich and Mrs. Spiva!

But Hawks… this is just the beginning.
There are still 4 more days to change the leaderboard, surprise everyone, and show what your grade level can really do!

✨ Hawks, your parents can help push your homeroom to the top! They can donate through Online School Payments, and their contribution will be added straight into your class total.

✨ Teachers, we’re counting on you too! Slip a dollar or two into your envelope to support our Hickory families who need a little extra help this season.

Every dollar goes to support Hawk Santa, helping families right here in Hickory this holiday season. Let’s show just how sweet Hawks can be! ❤️

Liverman shared their knowledge at AMLE 2025 to help other educators with their expertise and experiences in their own classrooms. 📚 Shadow Hawks in Mrs. Quidley's English class enjoyed a review of various types of sentences, including grammar and mechanics! Students played "Fast Fingers" to compete against classmates to prove their knowledge. If you have a Shadow Hawk, ask them about subordinating clauses! 🤓
