The IRMS Forensics Team competed at the citywide tournament at Deep Creek Middle School last night. We are very excited to announce that every student placed in their category! Congratulations to Kendrick Ammons - 2nd place in Dramatic Prose Interpretation, Lauren Burnell - 3rd place in Dramatic Poetry Interpretation, and Daniel Reyes - 3rd place in Original Oratory. Our Chesapeake Virtual Academy (CVA) is proud to offer fully online courses to students enrolled in Chesapeake Public Schools. Serving students in grades K-12, CVA offers a wide range of core and elective classes, including Advanced Placement and Dual Enrollment courses, and provides special education services for students with disabilities, gifted enrichment opportunities, and services for English language learners.
Applications are now being accepted for the 2024-2025 school year. Students remain connected to their home schools and may participate in all sports, clubs, and extracurricular activities.
