Tonight was “nothin’ but a good time!” as the Western Branch Middle School Choirs presented “HITS ON HAWKSLEY: ROCK REVOLUTION!” To top it all off, the Western Branch Middle School Concert Choir has been named the 2025 Middle School Conference Performance Choir for the Virginia Music Educators Association! Only ONE middle school choir is selected to represent the state of Virginia at the annual conference in November!

It was a great day in Bruin Country!
The Western Branch Middle School Choirs competed in the Music In the Parks Festival and then enjoyed a day at Busch Gardens! We didn’t just ride roller coasters -- we also brought home plenty of new hardware!
RESULTS:
Concert Choir – 1st Place
Treble Choir – 1st Place
Tenor/Bass Choir – 1st Place
But wait…there’s more! One of our songs was accompanied by a 7th grade student and he won Best Student Accompanist!
