Mr. Cook’s 7th Grade Treble Choir was joined by Western Branch alumni and Emmy Award winner, Patrice Covington! She spoke to students about her professional journey which has included work on cruise ships, Broadway, television, and film! Most recently, she was featured as Ursula in a professional production of “The Little Mermaid,” so it was only fitting that OUR Ursula got to sing for her! She also spoke about the amazing opportunities at the Governor’s School for the Arts! Thank you for your inspirational words and encouragement, Ms. Covington! #OnceABruinAlwaysABruin
