Today, the Chesapeake Career Center Firefighting class paid tribute to the heroes of 9/11 by researching one of the fallen firefighters and sharing their stories with the class. Their presentations are displayed in the classroom adding to their memorial wall. Afterwards, Mr. Moritz commemorated the anniversary by ringing the bell. 🔔🚒❤️

Students who attend one of our 31 Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Schools will automatically receive school meals at no cost. If your student is not automatically qualified for free and reduced-price meals, apply today to receive benefits. Only one application is needed per household.
