Meet Katelynn Diehl! Katelynn is a rising senior at Great Bridge High School working with the Communications Department 👩💻. She decided to participate in this internship because she wanted to learn more about the communications field in hopes to pursue a career in Sports Journalism ⚾. Katelynn’s favorite part of her experience was getting to work on all the different kinds of projects like these social media posts.

Meet Rian Windham! Rian is a rising senior at Western Branch working with Student Activities. Rian chose this internship because he loves sports 🏀🏈⚽️⚾️ and wants to learn more about the department and the skills it acquires. His experience was filled with fun as he got to learn more about student activities, VHSL, and mental health. He believes this was a great way to explore future career paths in hopes to one day go into sports management or marketing. 📈
👏 Congratulations to Hickory High School Alumni, Lauren Coughlin for winning her first LPGA tour Title at the 2024 CPKC Women’s Open! ⛳Coughlin was named to the VHSL all-state team in 2010 and was the first girl to play on the HHS golf team! Way to go, Lauren! 🎉#CPSCelebrates
