BRI is celebrating Month of the Military Child all April long! We love and appreciate all of our military students and the contributions they make so that their parents can serve our country.
If you are a military-connected family, please join us for Muffins with Military breakfast on April 30th from 7:15am - 7:45am. RSVP here! https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScqidMGEMRf064WuhDLVcBJdRnGIaOuhMGG6vCRkWTgZ8sMUQ/viewform?usp=send_form

We embrace our differences at BRI! #autismawarenessmonth

Several 4th grade classes at BRI are designing 3D Mars habitats as part of their Mars Colonization Project. They designed in Tinkercad and are printing on our very own 3D printers! #SOARingHighatBRI

BRI's 3rd graders have been busy bees this week in the Makerspace, creating interactive zoo maps for the Virginia Zoo! First, they sorted adaptations for each zoo animal. Then, they linked map markers to each animal's adaptations! We will be submitting to the Virginia Zoo next week to see if they'll include it on their website!

Book character costume Spirit Day for students at BRI was a hit! Mrs McIntyre was especially excited to have a group of wonderful wizards in her Harry Potter Makerspace! Great job, everyone!

BRI Teachers had their first Underground Spirit Day (where the teachers know the theme but the kids have no idea what's going on), and it was so fun! Can you guess what today's theme was? Bonus points if you know who Mr Foltz is pretending to be!

Be sure to order your yearbook ASAP! The previous code was incorrect - please be sure to use THIS code: 14292025

BRI had some VIP guests today: BRP's 2nd graders came to tour the school! They had a BINGO sheet to fill out as they learned about each stop around the building, and it was so fun to watch their excitement! #SOARingHighatBRI

Youth Art Month Spirit Week is upon us! Check out the fun themes for each day this week. #SOARingHighatBRI

Congratulations to our 3 PTA Reflections Contest winners from BRI! Way to go, kiddos! #SOARingHighatBRI

Congratulations to BRI's very own Miles Kaltenberg! #SOARingHighatBRI
