Congratulations to the Deep Creek Debate Team who participated in the Tidewater Debate League Invitational on Saturday. A special shout out to Isabella Alb for placing second in Junior Varsity Lincoln Douglas Debate. The Debate Team will finish their season with regionals and super regionals in February and March. Good luck, debaters!

Troy Salpeter-10th in the 200 freestyle with 1:45.78 with a new school record and 6th in the 500 freestyle with a time of 4:48.64, also a new school record.
Ian Garth-2nd in the 50 Freestyle with a time of 21.74
The Boys 200 Freestyle Relay-2nd with a time of 1:28.95 setting a new school record. The relay consisted of Ian Garth, Logan Garth, Braden Krum, and Troy Salpeter
The Boys 400 Freestyle Relay-3rd with a time of 3:19.64. The relay consisted of Ian Garth, Bryan Syvertsen, Ari Morrozoff, and Troy Salpeter.
Congratulations to our divers Sydney Holbach and Belle Willet. Sydney finished 1st and Belle finished 6th out of 33 divers.
Come out to support the team at the dive meet this Wednesday and swim meet Saturday against Hickory.
