Congratulations to Dhanvi Sheth on a job well done at the VHSL State Debate Tournament this past weekend. Dhanvi placed 3rd out of 23 Student Congress Debaters! Way to go!
Congrats to our AFJROTC drill teams at State competition! 4 of our 6 teams led by Cadets Joana Trejo, Dane Cunningham, and Hayden Sheeley finished in the top 5, giving Deep Creek an overall 4th place finish among the 15 schools that qualified for state competition.
Seniors! Do you have your plans set for after graduation? Learn about some of your opportunities for training, apprenticeship, and employment at the Career Days event during lunches on April 29th & 30th and May 1st. Resumes are encouraged but not required.
Deep Creek High school will be hosting our annual Light It Up Dance on Friday, May 9th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Students will need a signed permission slip in order to attend. Students can pick up a permission slip from the library or from Ms. Reed in room 725.
