💙👓 We saw "Heart Words" in a whole new light today! Love was in the air at Georgetown Primary! Our first-grade Braves brought some extra sparkle to their literacy practice today. Wearing their festive rose-tinted heart glasses, these two scholars worked with our Reading Specialist, Mrs. Chrisman, to master their "Heart Words"—those tricky words we have to learn by heart because they don't always follow the rules! 📖✨❤️

💙🚀 Our 2nd graders were hard at work in the STEAM Lab before our recent snow break! ❄️ Students turned into engineers to design and build transportation shelters, ensuring their animals could move safely from a damaged habitat to a new home. 🧱🐾 It’s incredible to see such young minds tackling real-world challenges with creativity and critical thinking!
