
Mrs. Hoy's class recently designed marble mazes with many twists, turns and traps. They are amazing engineers!

Some of our second grade classes got to see (and taste) a rainbow with a fun STEM activity using warm water and Skittles. They discussed how the warm water dissolves the colorful candy coating and the colors mix to create new colors.








Our second graders made goods to sell at their economics store last week. Learning through experiences!





Those sneaky leprechauns won't get past Ms. Kravchak's class! Today the class visited the maker space to build some leprechaun traps before St. Patrick's Day.

A group of students used Makey Makey, which was purchased with a CPSEF grant, to learn about communication through the ages yesterday. They made telegraphs built out of foil and clothespins along with the makey makey components to practice sending messages in Morse code.
