The final days of Summer Football Conditioning are coming to a close, and the HMS Hawks are putting in the work! The effort, energy, and commitment have been outstanding as we prepare for the upcoming season. The Hawks are getting stronger, coming together as a team, and getting ready to go! 🏈🦅 The season is almost here. GO HAWKS!

The Open Gym for both boys and girls basketball on August 29 is cancelled! Stay tuned for updates on the boys side! Girls has been rescheduled to Saturday, September 5th from 12-2pm! Please be sure to have a current physical uploaded into the Arbiter Student-Registration before you attend.

Student Athletes should dress appropriately in athletic gear and also bring sneakers, cleats, plenty of water, and a good attitude!
Conditioning will begin August 4 each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10am-noon and conclude on August 20th.
Try-outs are the following week, August 25-27 from 10am-noon.
Please be sure to register your student-athlete using the Arbiter link found on the website and upload their current CMSL physical form.
